Nurfadhilah received a Certificate of Achievement in November 2025 for her participation in a 2-month experimental programme building AI capabilities called ReGen StoryLabs by the Institute of Adult Learning, SUSS. As part of her project showcase, Nurfadhilah rebranded her services to LetsRipple.WithNur, offering a safe space for women freelancers, solopreneurs, creatives, and practitioners who often walk their journey alone.	Nurfadhilah was part of Advanced Asatizah Executive Development Programme (MUIS Academy) in 2011. Since 2020, graduates of Islamic Sciences are required to take Postgraduate Certificate in Islam in Contemporary Societies (PCICS) to contextualize their learning and teaching in Singapore.
