• Consent must be obtained from parents especially if the case involves parents' cooperation.

• Confidentiality will be assured. Information will only be shared to relevant authority if there is harm involved, or if it is of benefit to the client.

• The number of sessions and successful case closure are dependent upon:

  • Self; commitment, resiliency (mental, emotional and spiritual health)​

  • Issues/challenges and goals

  • Resources

  • External factors

  • Relationships

 

Relevant parties will need to manage their expectations with regards to client's progress on the above factors.​​

• Service will cease when:

  • Client has successfully achieved his goals​

  • Client has benefited from other forms of intervention

  • Client is not cooperative (e.g. client missed more than 2 sessions without prior discussion).

• Initial consultation via phone call (30mins) is free. This is to assess whether client will benefit from the service. Subsequent service charges (negotiable and pro-rated after initial duration) are as follows:
